Yes for both questions, but why would you want a world with no rules and no girls?
Energy Absorption, Hypnosis, Super-Speed, Levitation, Claw Retraction, maybe some specific affinity like Lunar Empowerment? Those are the ones I can think of but I can get more

How powerful is Anti-Magic? Like, could the weakest of its users cancel out even the most powerful magicians?

Well, usually those kind of characters are powerless. But you can give them something like Ergokinesis or Focus Empowerment, if you wanna get more risky you could give them Science Manipulation or Mathematics Manipulation

Hi! I am looking for a superpower you think could be used to make a counter for someone that has Chaos Magic Physiology (That is just a made-up power lol).
I don't really wanted to use something envolving order or Magic Negation because it would be kinda obvious. I am just searching for some cool ability that is at the same level and could counter CMP, kinda for an archenemy that could be writeable in a history?

So, earlier I was playing videogames with my little cousin and there was one special ability of the character called Soul Watch. The character can select someone and "possess" them, but without controlling them, just seeing what they are seeing, and when finished, the character would re-apper near the person they possessed, sort as a teleportation
So, is there any ability like that listed on this wiki?
Water, I feel like it is a both chaotic and peaceful element. Also water is good to drink
