I am convincingly sure that this kind of question is more fitting for the characters themselves rather than their standalone abilities, because in the context of this wiki, using any power mentioned by default would permanently destroy SCP-2747 since we are taking every possible and impossible applicable/non-applicable metric of that specific ability to the absolute degree, rather than what most characters mentioned have showcased themselves.

The Wanderer's Library - also known as Nx-01 by the SCP Foundation, KTE-7909-Alexandria by the Global Occult Coalition, and SCP-6000 in an alternate universe that the Library assimilated, is a near-endless extradimensional library that catalogs almost all known information in the multiverse that is only accessible via Ways: dimensional doors that require specific rituals to use. Its halls contain every book that has been written, will be written, and many that won't. Wizards, scholars, and patrons of all species and origins come to seek knowledge under the watchful eyes of the Librarians, mysterious eldritch entities tasked with the upkeep of the Library.
SCP-1485 - An extradimensional space-time anomaly that acts as an entrance point to a parallel universe designated SCP-1485-A. SCP-1485-A is impermeable to atmospheric substances such as oxygen and carbon dioxide while being penetrable by other forms of matter, including human beings. SCP-1485-A is primarily indistinguishable from the "normal" universe, but the most notable deviation is a total lack of anomalous or otherwise extranormal activity. Foundation personnel who have grown tired of dealing with dangerous, world-destroying anomalies on a regular basis tend to vanish into SCP-1485-A to achieve some sense of normalcy.
SCP-1557 - A doorway in Greenland that accesses some afterlife inhabited by giraffes and glowing balls of light. The giraffes are apparently unable to die, as individual specimens have been observed to last more than three weeks without food or water, as well as sustaining damage inflicted which would normally be lethal. The spheres of white light are capable of communication with any organism, which will report them speaking in their native language. These entities typically will spend long periods of time taunting, yelling at, injuring, or otherwise hurting the giraffes in the tundra.
SCP-1689 - A burlap bag of potatoes that leads to the interior of SCP-1689 which is vastly larger than its exterior, and is designated SCP-1689-A. SCP-1689-A is a large extradimensional space of undetermined volume (measured to be at least 10,000m3, but believed to be much greater) completely filled with potatoes.
SCP-2317 - A door to another dimension. This dimension is an endless salt pan that houses a 600,000-foot-tall obese humanoid known as The ███, Devourer of Worlds. It is an ancient entity that could end all of existence if not contained by a series of massive, irreplaceable chains keeping it tied down. However, the chains' durability withers by the minute, and it's predicted that in the next thirty years, the creature will escape into our dimension. There's nothing the Foundation can do about it.
SCP-2264 - A door in the Tower of London created by Earl Henry Percy. By unlocking SCP-2264 via an alchemical ritual, a portal will be opened to Alagadda, the nexus to all dimensions, and home of the Hanged King (the master of SCP-701), who is capable of expunging all whom he sees fit from the city.
SCP-2746 - Functions as a stable two-way portal between Las Vegas and an extradimensional space designated SCP-2746-1 where humans are transformed into non-humanoid species and is where a makeshift version of the Garden of Eden exists.
SCP-4935 - A temporal anomaly, situated in the middle of the Congo in Africa that leads to a point in time 130,000 years in the future inhabited by a version of humanity which caused an 'End-of-Death' scenario as a means of the Hereafter race of secretive and highly advanced pseudo-humanoid who self identify, phonetically, as the Akot, which are 2-dimensional beings that had complete physical forms before using Ark which ripped their bodies and souls into the 'High-Horror' dimension.
SCP-6167 - The extradimensional space where the banished entities from SCP-2746-1 were sent after Event Nachash, as a means to contain them permanently in a makeshift version of hell.
SCP-6435 - An afterlife known as Ro where all punishments/rewards are completely random, unlike conventional afterlives, which spawn in response to some strong faith or idealistic need, SCP-6435 bears no religious or ideological markers.

One entity is truly Omnipotent and it is Universe Prime, so nothing short of Omnipotence can defeat it.
By the definition of this power and how they scale higher into alephs, yes they can except for Rimuro and Anos, all of existence is just a manifestation to the lower elder gods.
Plus this power can only infect things on a metaphysical level, even tho SK exists as a metaphysical concept, it's true nature should supersede it's own concept making this power useless to him.
