Very surprising to see Madness Project Nexus was mentioned especially when seeing "S-3LF". The game has load of interesting stuff in there, from Dissonant Reality and its manufactured weaponry, that fearsome Nexus Corp leader Director Phobos, that crackhead cult leader Dr. Crackpot, how the Mags and GO3LM was made, and lots more I've remembered though my brain would be intermediate level.

As for drug-based power, I don't know... should I dump in sniffing esoteric particles infused in cocaine? If so, then yes! -

I've picked Boundless Inner World, since I've gotten immense liking to its applications and how I'll use it in full capacity. Creating cosmology filled with bizarre ambitious worlds from lores parodying toward my home universe or inspired from many fictional media, rosters of races from Humans, Animalians (Or Beastmens), Spirits, Demons, Angels, Elves, Dwarfs, Elementals, Monsters, Yokais, Eldritch, Higher-Dimensional, and more along with their subspecies that differ from their birth country, imbued with supernatural phenomena, blessed by many deities, and such.
Of course, I'll use the application that have my favorite superpower to create whatever powers I needed to develop a cosmology within my consciousness's totality. I'll create my own foundation in which I, my fellow Advisors, and many personnel that have numerous purposes and roles assigned from their group, rescuing the kidnapped folks, investigating many realms outside my totality for espionages, infiltrations, and etc. And most importantly, the combat which are comprised of many races and groups that'll cover every problem whenever their obstacles or threats dared to approach the wrath of my Legionnares of Freedom (Ridiculous army name I know, but it sound very compelling and motivating though :).)
They'll call upon powerful allies of Archdemons, Archangels, Principality, Dominions, Seraphims, Race Champions, Matriarchs/Monarchs Sentinels, Deities and further. Have powerful technological weapons and gadgets to contends against. No matter if those bares a true title of "World Devourer", "Bearer of Chaos", "Source of Evil", "Bringer of End", "Indestructible Monstrosity", "Supreme Beings", and etc... When I pulled out whatever power-breaking bullshits I'll make along with my associates of my foundation that are gifted from my generous palms, even all of them will respawn back to my inner world from various circumstances to which they'll report a countermeasure or inform available fighters or me to know what we're dealing with. And with this.
With those settled I'll make sure those that dared to tarnish my home universe and the omniverse, even if I have to create and use ridiculous powered forms, I've created to bring many T.E.D being into unimaginable pains and immense fear under my wrathful due to their meaningless destruction [Animosity Incarnate: Embracer of Suffering]. Afterwards whatever I do with them in the end are depend what I do. But I choose to expunged their very existence into my isolated realm where they'll be left here, chained wrapped for thousands of layered enchanted chains, stripped away their transcendent gifts as it was devoured by my maw, deformed them into what these T.E.D beings into lesser, putting them into mind-boggling scenarios of their deeds thanks to my powerful Psychotic Oracles. Then later on they'll reflect their long denial of taking a failure (Or L lol) whilst scarred with physical, mental, and psychological trauma that they have felt from many others within the omniverse before meeting their "unforeseen doom" (Who knows if one of them have sympathy of regrets within, which I'll minimize for their times). After they reflected their mistakes, I'll assign them to be disciple to one of many following deities along with indoctrination of theirs and mine for them to follow. You know hearing this whilst imagine my possible routes, where I was considering as "traitor" to my folks of my home universes from T.E.D's rumors, now I was unchained and given a grand task, to bring freedom onto many I've adored even my family blessed by those "false savior" with eternal life and solitude, punishing those T.E.D members and their associates with Doom and Ultrakill style. and facing a final threat which is my final family member and the champion to True Final Boss (Imagine Invictus from Final Space being the one I could think of, cause it very fitting in my opinion of headcanon list for my ambitious fanfics or perhaps hefty AAA fangames)
After I faced Invictus, my fallen mates' spirits and my family will tackle the one behind the fabric of schemes as I unleash the great animosity and embrace my fallens' suffering just to execute Invictus once and for all. Afterward I would then embrace the last member of my family, who's forced to be vessel of his might, the dictator emperor of my home universe, chained under his grasps, and yet Invictus no longer hold their emotion anymore, saying the final goodbye as we both weep in heartbroken scene until he/she would perish in light-blue particle, signifying their departure from the cage of life, joining the others that was saved from me into the afterlife for Creator to watch over... As for me, I would then find the empty plains to lay on, gaze into the skies, and thought one thing...

If I have Absolute Superpower Creation, I'll be True Neutral. For starter, I'll be doing whatever random shenanigan, hobbies or other more things, filling up in my bucket list. From forging stuffs for combat or quality of life tools, eating plethora of culinaries and beverages from around globe, or other multiverse reality, programing games of different genres based on my personal world or modded content to add into other famous games (Who knows I might re-update older mods into new version.)
And many things I like to do in free time and sorting out my Paradise of Moderia Foundation incase those invading threats have a gull on taking over my home universes, either be extraterrestrial empires made by dictators, a legion lead by supernatural deities, world-devouring beings, or even many pure evils that do bundle of bad shit. Then I would not hesitate for me and my foundation's soldiers to eliminate those "scoundrels" with 2nd Amendment.

Might as well be a walking flamethrower alien that'll purge through cremating the land that have been infected by those beckons, or the remains left by those whose become part of those infection.
I'll easily exterminate the inborn, many lesser assimilated or feral mobs, and perhaps crude and lesser pure that'll take few seconds to kill. Although I'll face numerous tough threats from Assimilated Ender Dragon, Primitive/Adaptive Yellowjacket, and other parasite that are capable of flight. Crux, Primitive/Adaptive Reeker, Longarm, Bolster, and more, Pure Warden, Marauder, Vigilante, and more. And high tier like Preeminent and Ancient that pack immense attack power and higher health and defense. But thankfully to the powerset, I could use [Supersonic Roar] to possibly deteriorate those infected parasites to either damage their internal mass, or make new ways for my fire-based attacks like spewing fireballs, infusing fire into my arms for increase AP. And thankfully they won't be adapting quickly when they're being attacked by fire constantly.

In seriousness I'll be facing innumerable deaths and sufferings for many times, and having my form shaped up by Qu or AM, yet in truth I'll enjoy inheriting my pain. Although I'll have to create Empowerment-type passive like Pain, Stress, and Suffering for me to EMBRACE my burden, and even Rage Empowerment for me to endlessly fill-up and save it for whatever times like 10, 100, 100k or 1 million n beyond.
And next I'll defeat them whichever arsenal of superpower I'll make to counter or fitting against their capabilities. Afterward I'll gift AM a mechanical body for him to interact with, Qu and his fellow loyal creations, their consciousness will be caged and controlled by my loyal parasitic units, As for Judge Holden, Eh I'll just give him Kratos-type beatdown.
I pick Absolute Superpower Creation, and what passive power I'll create will be Supernatural Mind, because I need controlled mind and calming as well. I'll then create whatever powers for future situation, to match my opponents' capabilities, what cool ambitious crossover fanfics I can write, make high-effort mods for other games, and more. Although if nothing I'll start off simple basic powers until I decide to upgrade the basics or access high tiers of powers.

There will be 300+ dungeons for daring adventurers to fight through and to conquer all. Explore the wonders of varying settings like caverns, towns, skies, oceans, and even bizarre dimensions. Better have great intuitive minds to solve puzzles, indulge in lore, and even play other minigames. meet vendors that'll sell goodies to assist your dungeon conquering journey. Let not forget, beware of Dungeon Lords and their acquaintances. who'll do anything to stop you from obtaining the grand treasure.
After [Dungeon Runners] are fully finish and made debut into isekai fantasy world for adventurers to enter, I'll then start off my adventurer career somewhere, doing many quests they have, exploring the world I've isekai'd into to learn more of its history that are documented within library or somewhere... meeting the denizens that I'll be acquainted with from villagers, other merchants, adventurers, and more. Then perhaps maybe I'll have grander relationship with those consider to be a waifu. Although if there are those that'll harm me, my waifu, my fellow well acquaintance, or my marvelous Dungeon Runners' denizens and those consider "Participant", shall witness my brutal wrath.
No way our folks of modern society are gonna survive this unstoppable outbreak, brought by the Flood Infection. No cures that have been documented and utilized in the past event, are useless, and researching new cure is impossible to purify/damage the Flood. Another is that Flood have arrays of new forms, thanks to Earth housing not only human, but even animals as well, imagine what vast roster of Flood-Infected animal looks like, or heck I imagine crazy shit if they have a way to combine other infected animals or human into cryptic wendigo lookin ass! With all your abilities in mind, what supernatural thing you can do, do you like the most?
Absolute Superpower Creation is my goto, so I am gonna use it all the time, then later on I'll use Absolute Character Creation to make diverse collection of free-willed subordinates with various forms, origins, races, powersets, classes, and etc. And then plethora of A.S.C arsenals I've made!
Which one sounds something you would do and why, keep your powers hidden so the public doesn't find out or use your power is nonchalantly out in the open not caring about people finding out?
For starter, I would not reveal such phenomenal feats toward the crowd except my alternate acting persona as "Artirion Arkaino, Founder of P.o.M.F" Though if my families, friends from my home universe and many fictional worlds were threaten by corrupt government/organization, extraterrestrial fleets, dimensional warper from various planes, evil deities that'll have a gull to take away my folks' free-will, primordials/outer gods who's good for at annihilating multiverses, and other more threats.
And now with these marvelous supernatural abilities, now fully ingrained into your being, what now?
I'll be trying out various fast-food restaurant around the globe, fully-analyze the foods and beverages I've brought so I can duplicate/create more of these bad boys without requiring mass number of resources for my satisfaction whilst binge watching other fictional media to have more idea of which fictional world I like to jump into.
I'll create and use Probability Manipulation to help out with lottery, gacha/lootbox unboxing, RNG-based mechanics found in other games, or even use it to give myself or my participant for tabletop games to have satisfying moments of success.
I'll perhaps maintain or fix my home planet's ecosystem with my subordinates and units that are professional on biological understanding on flora's and fauna's, controlling natural disaster to minimize catastrophic event, and many more I assign Environmental Control members to do.
As for my own personal Boundless Inner World: Paradise of Moderia Foundation. I'll create my own cosmology, filled with numerous races inhabiting either the dimensional planes, planets, or continent I've made to preserve their living space. starting things off is Earth, it is numerous times to original Earth, thus expanded massively, with numerous World-Continent Like Humanio that are similar to my home universe, from 7 major continents like Australia, Africa, Asia, Antartica, North and South America, and Europe, albeit have different settings and events, as for another World-Continent, There are... Animalia filled with animal-based races, their major continents are Mammalior, Avionne, Reptidar, Amphisha, Inspectis, and Aquatias, which you'll know what type of animal and its species they inhabit from. and many other World-Continent I'm planning to add into. As for my foundation, it resides in nexus-like realm, where many personnel that are willing to join my group or those, I've made to cover up other jobs that are empty. Yet so far there many I can do in my own powerful faction of many helping hands.
When I (One of Metaverse's newest habitants) see that certain scientist again who's responsible for leading destruction of my home universe, many flashbacks and backstory of what my old life was like before that scientist his followers intergrated into my universe...
No idea why I imagine this kind of storyline for my fantasy adventure.

Absolutely Yes! that is my non-hesitant answer. There are many superpowers that can help with many problems I'm dealing with, and to improve Q.o.L for myself. Although having to pick many of them for choices aren't my forte, instead I should have Absolute Superpower Creation just for me to create "solutions" I mean... superpowers with either simple understanding mechanics, or complex comprehension of gimmicks. It has everything you need, unless you know what arsenal of powers you wanted to make and utilize for singular problems or multiple of them. Or something to make yourself even greater!
My thoughts while picking this as my favorite is... "Why have one or multiple of chosen powers, when I can create arsenal of superpowers I want?!" I'm just a man who like to do LOTS of things with my personal Bucket List~
Going with Method #1, I've imagined... if your limbs were chopped off, your torso cut in half, and maybe possibly my head flew off, then those tendrils would just fish out decapitated body parts and reel it back to where it once was.
