You're describing a different sensory based ability.
Powerscaling different verses is hard because a character could be stronger than every character in a different verse but is only able to fight conditionally or vice versa. For example, Jujutsu Kaisen (specifically curses). If a cursed spirit in Jujutsu Kaisen fought characters from other verses they would often win regardless of who is stronger as yoh need cursed energy to see a cursed spirit and that's pretty much exclusive to Jujutsu Kaisen. So you have to adapt and turn Who would win in Who is stronger.
No, but only a few characters in Demon Slayer outscale Akame ga Kill. E.g. Muzan, Yoriichi, maybe some of the Hashira.

@Abdalla1234 Actually, Esdeath's Trump Card was very taxing and could only be used once a day, lasting for only seconds. It also wasn't unstoppable as the ability can be bypassed.
