Both work but I feel like modulation is a bit closer because it is the variation in strength or alteration in amplitude while alteration has a much wider range

You could shorten the list by taking on Accelerated Body which lets you get rid of the agility, stamina, regeneration, reflexes, speed and metabolism and if the damage empowerment is from absorbing kinetic energy from attacks, you can get rid of that because it's just part of Kinetic Energy Manipulation(kinetic charging, kinetic conversion and impact manipulation). Because of the dramatic shockwave which is potentially very destructive, I think glass cannon would be better than fragile speedster
