Don't know the way he is able to manipulate the animals (Telepathic or Whispers of some kind), + l don't know what name you are looking for [example: Dr ... , or lets say (Animal) - Man]. The only one that l can come up for now is "Dr Zoic". Try to make him as cool as possible.
