The greek gods still win, a majority of them have AoE and durability negating attacks that would make the Viltrumites numbers not that big of a problem. Zeus could banish them to Tartarus using the Blade of Olympus like he did with the titans or just wipe them out directly like he did with the spartan army, he also has accelerated development that would allow him to eventually surpass any of the top tier viltrumites in stats and power nullifcation that only gets even stronger in his fear form.

The Sisters of Fate would be able to effect the entire Viltrum Empire too, none of them have resistance to fate manipulation that spans through all space and time. Lahkesis was the reason the Titans lost the great war and in the novels she literally kills off an entire country by cutting their threads in one slash.

Hades can tear out their souls and absorb them using his claws which they have no counter to since they don't even have non-physical interaction that would allow them to pull it back like Kratos did and Ares can BFR them into pocket dimensions designed to torment them.

The only gods who would really lose are Helios, Hercules, Persephone, Hera, Aphrodite, and Hephaestus due to them either not being good fighters or having as good hax as the others I listed.

I'd say Kratos is worth a shot, he eventually found peace in life by the end of Vahalla anyways.

Guts and Darth Vader are absolute hard passes though.

Mahoraga and Wonder of U are debatable, but even if you think Makima beats those 2 she's still realistically never getting past the final round.

She has no resistance to Fate Manipulation so any of the sisters could control it so that she never defeats them, cut her thread so that she dies instantly, or just go back in time to stop her contract from ever being made. She has no win cons against the Sisters here.
