Both Lighting & Heat Control are pretty common in LOK so they're both probably easier to learn.

C'mon, dude.... Seriously? Yeah, Aang has all the elements at his disposal plus a "god mode" but Goku would still blitz his ass to hell in less than a min. Aang is still just a human & can't survive a gunshot nor is he even that strong physically. The only thing Goku will be is alittle bruised with some burns that'll be healed in no time.

You could potentially obtain all the other powers in time if you go with Enhanced Intelligence.

Kyoshi, because she doesn't fuck around. She isn't afraid to kill or dish out real justice instead of all that compassion bullshit. Besides having lived for over 200 years AND can kill someone by freezing the liquid inside of them. She also brought about an era of peace for the whole world which can ONLY happen when you aren't afraid to do what needs to be done WITHOUT HESITATION.

Rick is pretty much a Multiverseal god at this point so it ain't really fair to pin him up against others unless they're similar in power. Some characters like the Living Tribunal, Spectre, Kratos, & Alien X are better fits.

First I'd forge a nearly indestructible katana then find a shaman or someone who could enchant the sword to give it a magical layer of protection & lethality. Second I'd probably start traveling around the world as a hitman.

The potential is worthless without training and experience. A person with even a little power can do a hell of a lot if he/she takes the time to train & gain experience in their field.
