Maybe the Water Water No Mi can be a paramecia and it would allow it's user to manipulate water and water cycles.

But a Water Water No Mi logia, would kinda be like the user can turn into water and manipulate it but the water they would manipulate could be completely different from normal water, while still being similar in certain ways, so it isn't that overpowered anymore.

The the fruit simply allows him to make perfect replicas of anything I touch with my hands of mouth. I can only make about four copies of anything at any given time. My ability doesn't work on sentient beings, it will work on plants, inanimate objects and structures.

Simon is also known for being immensely wrathful and rage-filled, see as he will destroy entire cities and towns in a fit of rage. When he is really angry it is almost impossible to snap him out of it. Though when in his rage-filled state he loses his sanity and can easily be manipulated, he also won't discriminate against between friend and foe.

But one positive trait about Simon is his loyalty, as he will never betray a friend. He is very protective over his friends and will help them even if they have betrayed him. His loyalty is immense.

-Runic Magic: Ryūsuke is well-versed in magic, but he particularly shines in one, Runic Magic. This magic allows him to manifest runes which he can manipulate and shape. These runes can allow for various different effects and abilities.

• Elemental Runes: These runes allow Ryūsuke to cast spells that incorporate elements and elemental forces. These are the most common runes he uses.

• Spatial Runes: Very powerful and versatile these runes, allows for the manipulation of space. It is mainly used for transportation purposes, but it can be used for both offensive and defensive purposes as well.

• Body-Alteration Runes: These runes are mysterious in nature and don't seem to be that powerful. It mainly just allows him to make specific alterations and modifications to his or other's bodies, using runes. But he can also use it shapeshift and change appearances.

• Summoning Runes: Similar to his elemental runes, these are very commonly used by Ryūsuke, he can use these runes to summon/conjure both creatures and objects.

• Support-Based Runes: These runes as the name implies allows Ryūsuke to use various support/heal based spells.

Backstory: Ryūsuke born to the world's greatest mercenaries, he was born to be an assassin. From the early days of his life Ryūsuke was taught about assassin work by his parents, Megumi Hyuuga and Shirou Hyōsube, his parents would teach him about poisons, weapons, psychology, martial arts, and etc. He would then hone these skills at the age of 14 and received his first job a couple of months later, this job was to get rid of a high-ranking member of a secret organization called Fundamental Inc. This organization was responsible for creating various different superhumans and sub-species of human. The member who he had killed was Kevin Harrison, he was one of three who was responsible for forming the organization. After killing him, Ryūsuke would learn that he also had to kill superhumans which was very difficult, so he learned magic to better combat these superhumans. As of now he has retired from being an assassin and rather became an adventurer, who travels the world wanting to learn more about magic and runes.

His body has been honed to absolute perfection and his training regimen is considered to ao difficult that even superhumans have a hard time doing it, not just that but his father both experimented on him and his grandfather taught him the Tamano Clan's secret techniques, known simply as Assassination Arts. These arts merge various different types of martial arts, combat styles and also incorporate weapons to get the job then.

• Enhanced Combat (Unarmed/Armed) : Yuuki is very proficient in both armed and unarmed combat. This means he can fight virtually anyone in combat, he can easily take on masters of martial arts and even take on an entire room filled with samurai, ninjas, assassins, gunmen and etc.

• Omni-Weapon Proficiency: Yuuki is capable of using any and all weapons, cause since his birth he was trained by his grandfather in all forms of weapons and tools. He can use any weapon, with the exception of those that aren't from earth. He is particularly likes to use knifes and daggers.

• Assassination Mastery: Yuuki has perfected the art of assassination and he can easily be called the greatest assassin in the world. He knows everything about this practice and he has even come up with various different ways to kill his targets.

Enhanced Physiology: Thanks to years and years of experimentation Yuuki is far superior to any other assassin in his family, his special abilities is what gives him an edge against the other assassins of his family. Yuuki has also granted one wish by the king of monsters, Typhon, Yuuki had wished for power and to become stronger. Thanks to his Enhanced Physiology he has the following abilities:

• Supernatural Condition (Type II) : Yuuki is vastly superior to all humans and even some superhumans. His physical and mental capacity has far exceeded that of the normal human and other traits such as recovery time/regeneration and soul are also supernatural.

• Mirror Eyes (ミラーアイズ): Yuuki has very special eyes that allow him to replicate any and all techniques/actions he sees. Whether it be fighting techniques or other actions he can copy it and also use a more advanced version of said techniques and actions. Iy should be noted that he cannot copy abilities or powers.

Monster Physiology: Yuuki is part monster, thanks to his wish for power. Yuuki is far above most other monsters, because Typhon gave Yuuki his heart, which Yuuki had to eat. Although this killed Typhon it had bestowed Yuuki with amazing power, which was almost unrivaled. But his body had adjusted, although on the exterior he looked the same, on the interior he was completely different. As the new king of the monsters he was granted the following abilities:

• Monster Lordship: Yuuki has absolute lordship over all monsters and monster-like creatures. He can even create monsters from his own flesh and command said monsters.

• Reactive Adaptation: Yuuki's body can adapt to overcome any and all obstacles in his way. His body will even bestow upon new abilities to beat his opponents.

• Evolution: Yuuki is in a constant state of evolution, every second of everyday he becomes stronger and gains new abilities. Typhon has stated that Yuuki's evolution will never stop and continue for eternity.

• Absolute Survivability: Yuuki is capable of surviving anything that comes his way, whether it be universal destruction or even absolute erasure.

• Endless Development: Yuuki has an endless room for growth and power. His development similar to his evolution is endless, but unlike his evolution Yuuki's development is also accelerated, meaning he is growing stronger at immense speeds.

• Absolute Potential: Yuuki has endless potential for power, not much to explain here. His capacity for learning and groth is endless.

Reigem can manipulate the secreted oil to from constructs or use it to attack his opponents. His oil is also naturally immune to the effects of water, so he can use to walk on water, another application of is coating his body is oil and setting in on fire, this makes him very powerful.

• Super Move : Napalm Bomb (ナパーム弾Napam Dan): Reigen takes a massive amount of his oil and shapes it into a gigantic ball, he then throws it at the opponent and just before it hits, he makes it explode.

Drawbacks:

• Reigen can only secret oil and he can't manipulate other oil outside of his body.

• Although he is constantly secreting oil, he can still run out. So will usually use small portions at a time.

• If he is sick the will won't secret any oil. 

Backstory: Reigen was born to two famous heroes, but they would be killed by AFO when he was still small. He would then be adopted by his uncle who was a retired villain and taught him how to use his quirk and become stronger. He would then enroll in U.A and is currently training to become as famous and as powerful as his parents.
