Would anti-electromagnetism also create or control darkness?

I mean in the context on this page, it would repel metal instead of retract it, but I guess my question here is how would the Anti-Electromagnetic Waves/Spectrum work?

So I'm trying to understand the concept of plasma manipulation. I know plasma is a form of energy derived from fire and stuff, but I kinda want to know how its utilized regularly as a power. I asked my friend (not the same one if you remember my last posts) about plasma, and he mentioned there are Thermal plasmas such as fire, and then there are ionic plasmas which are made by halogens and noble gases.

So I'm trying to ask if theres perhaps a normal form of plasma energy, like how its seen in certain games, in the page, it states that its simply ionized gas. If that's the case, is plasma manipulation just ionized plasma and thermal plasma is ionization through temperature?

Sorry if this is a stupid question, I wanna make sure I know what I'm doing before utilizing this, if you feel me.

So about the previous question I had, I'm debating with my friend about Absolute Will's weaknesses. I made a post yesterday and was told that Meta Power Destruction/Negation and Meta Immunity Bypassing were able to bypass will. My friend insists that Absolute Will's applications that include Meta Power Manipulation and Meta Concept Manipulation would be able to negate these powers.

The counterargument I keep bringing up is that applications mean that you can do a certain ability through another, whether it's of that ability or the actual ability. Basically this would mean that Absolute Will only can do these abilities through it, and can still be erased, negated, and bypassed.

Question I'm asking now is, who's right?

Like, could the power of an almighty or absolute or omnipotent power get rid of this or disrupt this?

Can Absolute Erasure erase this ability, or cancel out?
