@Thecreativegoose Yeah, that's a cool idea! (Sorry I took so long to respond)
(To "hero", after monologue-while-fighting is about to end in the villain [me, i guess] winning):
"And the cherry on top... no one will remember how you lived, will they? Only how you died."
*insert expertly crafted evil laugh*
Side note: this would be better if I had the ability to manipulate the memories of the global population, huh? that would be a pretty difficult power to beat unless someone had immunity... or was living on the Moon.
@JadeHero Lord of Encrypting Even a joke post can start serious deliberation over superpowers :)
@Manuele9 True
I'd probably talk to a lot of dead people from history, solve some mysteries, travel the world, then travel other worlds, then travel fictional universes, meet Korosensei, argue with a lot of fictional characters, become Darth Vader's apprentice (kill the emperor, lol), and talk to a lot of fictional characters, especially villains. I'd actually like to talk to William Afton, see what he was like both before and after all of the murdering, save some children. And, most of all, I'd like to get the best night's sleep of my life, even if it's kinda imaginary, with the most comfortable noise-cancelling headphones that you don't have to even turn on, just quiet (no annoying people watching 10:00pm news at full volume across the hall or birds up at 4:00am having a party outside my window or a neighbor leaving their dog outside to bark all night).
Happy Monday, 2023!
@Xfactor3000 That's the best response so far... just beat the crap out of Midoriya too while you're at it!
@Xfactor3000 Thaks for the panda clarification. This is now 100.5/10 on the op scale. However, does this also include franchises created by dalmatians? Because then it would be at 101/10. (I'm so sorry for the bad jokes :)
I feel the pain of whoever attempts to write a character with this many powers; I figure you'd have to put some kinda limit on it, like only having certain "sets" of powers in each dimension or reality or universe or multiverse (each franchise). How did you even get this giant list on here, magic copy-and-paste that works without you having to edit the formatting at all (lol)?
And I totally get your excitement, ha ha.
For the "villain" guy, I would say the name Alec (it just sounds like a brainy villain name, idk), or Victor (because of the love for science, and revenge, Frankenstein). For the third character, maybe Ethan or Casey (they both have some meaning around survivor, brave, etc.). The last name for the first character could be fittingly obvious, like Oakheart, Everheart, even Hartford or Hartfield (and you can play with spelling).
You're story sounds really intriguing!
And here are some randoms:
Thomas
Blake
Declan
Callum
Cameron
Caden
(I have a lot of C names)
Carter
Jaden/Jayden/Jaiden (+ any other spelling)
Jake
John
Owen
Pamela
Clementine
Caspian (kinda sounds like a captain name for whatever reason)
Sadie
Parker
Quentin
Good luck!
100/10, that's really op, and you're probably gonna accidentally destroy quite a few fictional universes along the way (bye bye, Hogwarts :).
Two questions, tho:
1: Once you learn how, can you choose how long to stay in each place?
2: What about fictional franchises created by pandas?
Have a nice day :)
I can claim innocence in this, I just wanted invisibility for eavesdropping and getting past various locked doors in random public buildings, just to see what's there (and yeah, stealing, and scaring which is pretty good revenge if you ask me, kinda Matilda and Trunchbull vibes).
@HudanVF Oh no... what have I started?
@Manuele9 I watch too many movies, I guess. I'd always be so paranoid about not making any mistakes; I wouldn't want time travel, because I'm not sure I want the power to alter the past and the lives of other people like that, and I definitely don't want to see my future, 'cause doesn't that kinda take the fun out of life? And slowing down time just for myself, giving myself more time, that would just make time less valuable to me. It's a cool power (kinda op), but not one I'd want (except maybe the application of probability perception, although that might kinda make me see everything as a probability, I guess). There's just a lot of drawbacks, and those outweigh the power for me. :)
@Manuele9 Aw, you don't need a superpower, you have friends here! Also, I agree with you on luck, 'cause who doesn't need a little luck?
I wouldn't want to give myself any power like time manipulation, because I'd be too scared to use it.
*which would you want (sorry the title's a bit vague ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ )

@Thecreativegoose Yeah, that's a cool power. You should start a page for it! It would definitely be powerful in combat, but would there be big unintentional implications for messing with time?
Happy new year!
@Mattsweeney95 Good choice :)
K, how are you?
Either Probability Manipulation or Variable Collapse, because why not play with the fate of the entire universe?
