I remember the movie (Haven't read the books), then I'll be Gold. I've always liked electric powers.

Here's my answer...

Name: Voltage.

Path: Vigilante.

Powers: Electrokinesis. I have the ability to generate, control and endure high voltages of electricity, like being hit by lightning will only leave me unconscious for an hour at most. Besides stunning people or shoot lightning bolts from my hands, other uses are manipulating electronic devices I touch, perceive things around through ''electroreception'' and by absorbing external sources of electricity, I can recover stamina and heal quicker from injury. Besides my electric powers, I possess resistance against psychic attacks, peak physical condition through just a bit of training and a natural well-built body shape, which will remain intact no matter how many calories I intake, as it quickly eliminates any unhealthy elements.

Bio: After my mother was hit by lightning while pregnant with me, my Meta-Gene was activated even before my birth. My superpowers manifested a few times during childhood and finally came out during puberty. Since I had little control over my powers, I became a loner to avoid electrocuting people and learn how to harness my electricity. Eventually, I became inspired by Batman and began to deal with criminals by stunning them with a light shock, until wearing my own suit to be known as ''Voltage''.

PS: I assume this scenario takes place in a ''Batman-centric'' reality, where the Bat Family and their respective villains are the only prominent characters. So no Justice League or Teen Titans.

By the way, the Ice Age began thanks to the Yellowstone supervolcano finally erupting and engulfing the planet on a new ice age. About the powers, while useful there aren't unlimited and that's be cause they'll raise or decrease your body temperature to dangerous levels if overused (Heastrokes for pyrokinesis and frostbite for cryokinesis), due to successive powerful attacks or drawn-out battles, which will deplete your stamina and impairing your physical abilities.

PS: Like in many anime worlds, besides the most supernatural features (Like magic), humans can be born with more varied natural hair and eye colors, most people are good-looking (At least 7/10) and Japanese is the second most spoken language after English. By the way, just because you're overpowered doesn't mean you're completely invincible and is very likely there's someone more powerful than you.

For example, I would be the ''Superhuman Delinquent'' that can defeat many opponents by myself through pure ''brawling'' and unarmed combat (As well grow stronger through sheer fury), but also possess incredible wit to detect opportunities and understand the fighting style of my opponents. Besides battle, I have great charisma when gaining allies that will develop an undying loyalty towards me. Another trait would be my indomitable will, which allows me deal with insane amounts of pain, telepathic intrusion, soul stealing, possession and dream-altering.
