Vixen and Beast Boy as both are incredibly skilled and powerful superheroes in their own right.

Vixen possesses the ability to tap into the powers of any animal, which gives her a wide range of abilities including strength, speed, agility, and flight. She is also a highly skilled hand-to-hand combatant and has experience fighting supervillains.

On the other hand, Beast Boy has the ability to transform into any animal he desires, which makes him highly unpredictable and versatile in combat. He is also highly skilled in martial arts and has a lot of experience fighting as a member of the Teen Titans.

I really believe that Beast boy would win because he's a better combatant than Vixen and the fact he becomes the animal gives him a better understanding of how the animal operates , plus Vixen will have her limitations if the totem is snatched from her and mind you that her human body is also a liability
