Hmm... I suppose I'll make a bunch of shields, If I know where the nukes are, I'll close in the areas with shields to limit the damage, but if I don't know where the nukes are, I'll make multiple shields around my proximity which cover each other, so if a nuke explodes on land or in water within one of them, the shields surrounding them will cover it.
I'll try to protect the atmosphere as much as I can since all the nukes in the world going off does not seem like it'll bode well for future weather.
Thing is, regeneration hurts. Just beat the regenerative villain up some and he'll surrender probably, Crashout Villain would probably burn civilians or likely harm me some before I can defeat him.
Not to mention all the regen villain can do is regenerate, if he won't surrender or you have to kill him you can just drown him.
Edit: I meant taking the damage hes regenerating from hurts, not regeneration itself.
i picked technology summoning cus i want toasters. plus it'd funny to just nuke an ancient monster that everyones scared of.

... Maybe I can banish a god and blame it on Noor?

This is a tough one, I'd have to play it smart.
Best plan would be to find some tribalish people around the borders of the empire or on them, turn into iron, beat some dudes up and convey that I'm a demigod.
Then I'd have to rally them all up, find the most competent, strong, intelligent individuals to make my advisors in various matters of ruling my new tribal horde, make them all wash their hands from now on, learn their language and march towards the empire.
I would lead most battles just by walking in, breaking down walls and just plainly demoralizing the enemy by dominating them.
Then I'd leave the management to my advisors, encourage them to learn from our enemy, steal their knowledge, reasources and bring their people into the fold.
Then I'd repeat all that for each city we conquer and make my own Empire, name it Iron Realm.
I would also make primary school education mandatory, set some ethical ground rules based on what I remember and encourage scientific studies.
I'm going of the assumption that the world I'm isekai-ed into is balanced with the character I pick, so to keep it simple and not have people with terrifying powers destroy the world whenever they want. I pick Sukuna, plus flame for heating meat.

I guess I could preserve in containers?
Edit: Preserve them in containers*
I wouldn't be able to come up with anything before he calls be boring and attacks.
I would get the living crap kicked out of me, unless there some convenient scroll laying around.
I remember playing video games as a kid and I had really bad internet so I practically teleported around, my friends thought I was hacking. 😭
Would having Cat muscles and being the size of a human be the best? I'm always confused as to how werebeast powers would work.
Okay, I did not know Dr. Doom was so broken. Still would have picked Magneto though, just for the cool factor of the mask.
Depends on how powerful I am, like can I save a victim without having to kill the perpetrator? If I can then I wouldn't, but if I had to in order to save the victim then I would.

Uhhh... Stalemate I suppose? I guess I can outlast him.
I think the top two sound good but wouldn't be work as well, I mean, how much work do you have to do to gain stats? Can you lose stats?
What if you get so much in one stat that it ruins your life? Or just straight up makes you die.
Now, using any ability that has been used on you? I think of it as a gamble, it depends on the verse and the situation you find yourself in.
Like, if you're born as the prince of some nation you could get super op super quickly, but what if you're some random peasant?
You're not likely to come in contact with really powerful abilities and if you try your luck you might just bite off more than you can chew.
The gods as companion however is practically a sure bet, even if you get a god that's the god of farming or something you can excel at farming and become rich.
Not to mention that they may have an entire religion dedicated to them who can help you out.
Only bad thing I could see with gods is getting an evil god or useless gods, like the god of being slightly annoyed and having a headache.
Oooo, interesting concept. Hit me!
Honestly, If I could I could get away with it, I probably would out anger. I mean you live as livestock, you lose your friend and see some demon eating them, I don't think I could rationally decide to spare her.
Atleast Jujutsu sorcerers have some requirements in strength and I can quit.
