I have decided a different direction. I'll what a bit and figure out what exactly I want my series to be.
There will probably be a romance between Jacco and Mika, but it wouldn't be the main plot of the story. I say probably because I might decide not to do it, but currently it is my idea that they will be a couple at some point and Lucas is their hypeman, but I could always change my mind and decide to go a different route.

Gleebnaris, or Gleebs for short, are a race of five-eyed, amphibian-like humanoids native to an unnamed distant planet.

This is the finalized concept for Bang Bang Bizarre. Jacco is an alien from distant planet who crash landed on Earth like Superman.
He can shapeshift, allowing him to have both a human and alien form. The alien form is obviously his true form.

@Abdalla1234 Difference, he was born a Kaiju and raised by a human family. And his kaiju form is actually massive standing at 93 meters. He would have a partial-kaiju form which he only grows a bit in height.

I have thought of making Jacco instead a Kaiju because I think it could be fun. Like he has a human form which is like the default look for him and then he can hulk out into kaiju form. It would make his love for Godzilla and having a Godzilla funnier.

His father is a bomb but looks completely human except for the fact he has a bomb head. He has a muscular man of above average height in his early 50s with a bomb for a head.

Jacco would scale to 8-B (City Block Level) Environmental Destruction through self-detonation.
How I came to this conclusion? He is specifically Half-Blockbuster Bomb. A Blockbuster Bomb is a bomb which had enough explosive power to destroy an entire city block.
I get it. There will be no more me changing the premise and stuff as this is exactly what I wanted and there will be a sub-plot with Jacco and Mika becoming a couple. Bomb man and badass karate master tomboy, there is no better pairing.

I went truly wild with it.
In a world where bizarre bloodlines and strange phenomena are part of everyday life, Team Bang—an oddball trio consisting of Jacco, Mika, and Lucas—handles supernatural odd jobs, citywide shenanigans, and the occasional blow-up. Or rather, Jacco does. Because he's half-bomb.

Jacco Ryder is a laid-back slacker with a strange gift: the ability to glitch reality itself. Along with his childhood friends Mika and Lucas, he leads Team Bang, a trio of misfits who find themselves involved in a series of strange, unexplained events. Whether it's confronting bizarre creatures, unraveling mysterious happenings, or surviving chaotic situations, the trio's bond and unpredictable approach to problems keeps them going. Life may be strange, but with Jacco at the helm, nothing is ever what it seems.
Jacco's Power is called Glitch Master (aka Glitching). It is basically Living Anomaly / Glitching. While Mika has chi/ki and a black belt in karate.
