Self metapotence is basically metapotence. Since you have metapotence only you can make these things happen unless you somehow allow others to do these things.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't sukuna kill gojo by targeting his infinity. Once the smarter characters in the verse realize this they or Goku would just attack his infinity. Also hakai exists.

Primordial Fire is the most strong and does have every other fire power on this list. Also it just has more "unique" applications and sub-powers as apposed to the others, or at least to my current knowledge.
The only way, to me at least, to strip away an omnipotent power or power on omnipotent scales you would need a power that can strip away other posers on an omnipotent scale.
