Pretty much, My version of Lucifer is a Rebellious son who wanted to do better than "God". One of the biggest signs of hatred towards his Father is the form he takes, a goat. Instead of being Banished from Heaven like his many counterparts, he caused extreme damage to and left it.
He created "Kólasi" as a place that was supposed to be a second Heaven, with little to no rules on who could come there.
(Btw Kólasi is Greek for Hell, he didn't name it that "God" did.)
