But memory manipulation would allow for a kind of brute force way of learning skills making it so any thing you learn/ want to learn can not be forgotten... like memorizing pitch's for music ( perfect pitch)or languages from a book
... and it has to be some form of memory manipulation or something to that affect because being able not forget anything would be nightmarish.
Mind control use it on my self and kind of force myself to learn and do stuff.. which would require less effort? its like a time when in your mind you said you do that one thing but body didn't feel like doing it mind control would help with that.
