Users can create a personal collective storage of previously acquired powers, skills and abilities that where learned, absorbed or mimicked powers as template that memorizes and catalogs past or observed abilities pertaining to physical and metaphysical self.

While some lack the necessary capability to remember, let alone know how any powers, skills or traits function they still possess the residual information and data preserved within a geneological, biological or technological reserve due to a subconscious registry in which they can still access.

Enabling their potential for powers stored within an innate archive of which through such a power as well as carrying detailed understanding of its/their ramifications. By proxy, the technical analyzing behind the mechanics if said powers observed, experienced and/or emulated prior gives its user the capacity to intuitively understand and master each and every ability withheld.

The very users of whom literally retaining knowledge and/or understanding upon how they work, allowing said ability wielder to simulate it again even if the conscious mind doesn't know how to actively call it back. This is done via recalling various imprints of a past replicated and/or forgotten ability one wielded in the past, more often than not however.
