Capabilities

Users can either create/generate bombs of unlimited power or are one, in order to scale by range of effect it may encompass from a universe to the whole potential of affecting the wide omniverse.

The bombs do not need to use explosive force, they need only be designed to detonate and unleash a wave of energy (natural or otherwise) that will spread outward - some of them do not use energy but instead may use a pathogen, techno-virus or other agent (such as magic) to destroy life.
