The power to make anything stay at rest regardless of any force that acts on it. Sub-power of Stillness Manipulation and Inertia Manipulation.

Capabilities

The user can make anything still with zero speed regardless of any force that acts on it, they could take any item and make them unable to move regardless of force. So anything that tries to move the object will not be able to move it, no matter how much force they try to apply to the object, all regardless of its actual mass.

Applications

• Items are immune to the effects gravity, windspeed, magnetism etc.
• Appear to have Enhanced Durability
• Appear to have Supernatural Durability if the user has Enhanced Durability.
• Make anything affected by this all but immovable.
• Users of a higher level can bypass Vector Manipulation.
• Make users of Enhanced Speed/Supernatural Speed come to a sudden stop.
• Inertia Absorption by cancelling your power on affected objects.
• Users of high enough level can make a still object appear to be an immovable object.
