Capabilities

The user has absolute control over sound, allowing them to manipulate the sound of everything in the universe/multiverse, no matter whether they are physical locations, such as higher dimensions, heaven, or hell, or metaphysical locations such as the dream world.

They can create sound that even affects incorporeal and metaphysical life forms that are normally on an alternate plane of existence, such as dream sprites, ghosts, and deities.
