The user can create, shape and manipulate addiction, a state defined by compulsive engagement in rewarding stimuli despite adverse consequences, and withdrawal, reaction to abstaining from an addictive substance of which it has become dependent and tolerant.
Addictions include, but are not limited to, addictions to exercise, food, drug, computer, sex, gambling, etc. Users of this power can even cause others to become addicted to other people.
