The Hulk's (Marvel Comics) bottomless, infinite well of strength and monstrous form both hail from his personal connection to The One-Below-All, acting as the "counterweight to its weight".

Users can enter the almighty state; an ultimate form that transcend beyond their mortal limitations as they can gain an absolute state of being that reflects their ultimate power. By tapping unto an ultimate force and its wellspring of ultimate energy unto themselves users can ascend as an virtually omnipotence and godlike version of themselves, and by having such omnipotent powers they are the most unfathomable being of in all of existence.

As the user assumes this form of unfettered might, they ascend to heights of existence beyond comprehension. The once mortal boundaries that hemmed them in now yield to the vast expanse of their newfound capabilities, their will becomes synonymous with the cosmos itself, weaving reality to their desires with unrivaled finesse. Fu (Dragon Ball Heroes) In his Dark King (Dogidogi Completely Absorbed (Universe Tree Power)) Form was the strongest in the whole series with Hearts stating, “Fu has become an existence akin to Zeno.” Not only that but Fu is capable of overwhelming SSBE Gogeta and SSJ4 Limit Breaker Xeno Gogeta at the same time and the sheer force of his power could defuse the two fuses and even after Goku bested him in the beam clash it is unknown if he Is defeated or killed meaning Fu could still be the strongest.
