The user is able use a form of super science that allows them to tap into and cast formulas related to animals. Users can create animals, manipulate them, and/or tap into their power. Unlike general any other animal manipulation, this is specifically scientific. This means it can be achieved through advanced technology (such as high-tech objects) or via enhancements (artificial based).
