The user, either innately or through training, is a master of anthropology, specializing in studying culture, tradition, and custom and how they change over time. They study humanity, the human behavior, and societies. This allows them to pick up on how different societies function. They also are able to learn the manners and etiquette each civilization operates on. 

They study anything that has been passed down from generation, whether it be physical relics of the past or oral stories and music. They are able to study different language and how it formed. They study plays, mythology, and folklore to understand how people saw the world. They know a wide variety of mythological creatures and what their lore entails. They study the social order. This can also be used in the modern day to learn more about modern day tradition.
