The user is a being with both supernatural and artificial powers. Whether through genetic enhancements, cybernetic implants, specialized drugs, or any other means, the user has obtained powers that were not naturally apart of their already existing power set. Their augmentations may either enhance their own natural abilities or simply add new abilities alongside the natural powers that the user already has.
