- "I haven't got much time. I pray this record of our experiment survives. A year ago, we discovered a fossil that proved to be the remains of the ancient Pokémon, Mew. There was sufficient genetic material to replicate Mew, but Giovanni, who funded our project, insisted we try to design super clones more powerful than any living Pokémon. Many attempts failed, but finally our experiments proved successful. We produced a living Pokémon; we called it Mewtwo. But for some reason, the creature's anger is out of control. With its psychic powers, it is destroying our laboratory. We dreamed of creating the world's strongest Pokémon...and we succeeded."
- ― Dr. Fuji's message about Mewtwo (Pokémon)
The character is genetically engineered with transcendent power for combat and killing. Variation of One Man Army resulting from a DNA Manipulation that bestowed a Weaponized Body. Ultimate version of Genetically Engineered Sentient Weapon. Not to be confused with Super Soldier.

- Genetically Engineered Godlike/Transcendent Killing Machine
- Godlike/Transcendent Biological/Bio Weapon

Properties[]
The character is a transcendent being, created or genetically modified, for utilization in battle or warfare. These characters have effectively been transformed into a transcendent form of Sentient Weaponry, capable of selecting and viciously prosecuting a target on the battlefield. The character will have an organic transcendent physiology that has been genetically engineered to maximize its combat potential via heightened senses, greater physical abilities, superior cognitive abilities, and integral weapons.
Unlike Super Soldiers, the sentient weapon is not created with the intent that it may one day be reintegrated into the parent society. Nor is the character necessarily intended to work alongside members of conventional armed forces. This is a being designed to independently destroy any target identified by its creator, or any threat to its parent civilization.
