Properties

The user either is or can transform into an undead pirate, whether in the form of either a ghost, zombie, revenant or even of the skeletal variety.

Being undead, these incorporeal swashbucklers have had an entire lifetime of experience in piracy and pilfering and have returned from their watery grave for more whether in the form of a curse or because their greed and/or lust for adventure was too great and their physical capabilities are now significantly above a normal, living pirate’s.

Jack Sparrow (Pirates of the Caribbean) gained the same curse from The Cursed Aztec Gold as Barbossa and his crew by secretly stealing one of the cursed coins.

Barbossa's pet monkey Jack (Pirates of the Carribean) was also affected by the Cursed Gold.
