"He's as big and mean as Oars! That fight wasn't easy! In fact, it took all our power combined to knock him out! NOT THIS TIME!!"
― Monkey D. Luffy (One Piece)

The power to use the abilities of a giant slayer, a type of Mythic Hero. Variation of Monster Slayer.

Also Called[]

  • Giant-Killer Physiology

Capabilities[]

Users of this ability have the traits of a giant slayer, a type of mythological hero who stands out from the rest of humanity in the fact that they actively pursue giants and ogres without fear, often capturing, killing them in great numbers, or even engaging them in direct combat - a feat that is usually impossible to ordinary humans. Such individuals are thus often immortalized in folk tales and legends due to being exceptional warriors, far beyond that of a normal human.

  • Enhanced Recovery Speed: Many giant slayers will recover quickly or shrug off injuries in order to keep fast and nimble even in intense combat.
