Archetype:Guarded Entity

The archetype of a character who has another entity guarding them.

Properties[]

The character has another entity guarding them, a being who protects them and guards them and sometimes prevent misfortune from falling upon the user. In some instances, the entity can be commanded or controlled, yet in other instances, the entity is autonomous and acts on its own accord so it cannot be controlled nor reasoned. In the latter instance, this can work against the user. The entity is always with them (unless removed), and sometimes inside them, and witnesses the user's every move. This entity lives to or is obligated to protect the user.

Demonic Protection; the user may be protected by a malevolent force.
Dragon Companionship; the user may be protected by a dragon.
Fairy Companionship; the user might be protected by a fairy.
Ghost Companionship; the user might be protected by a ghost.
Inner Beast Companionship: the user might be protected by an inner beast.
