Osmosians (Ben 10) are humans with unique genetic components in their DNA, each possessing varied abilities. Notable members include Kevin Levin who possesses matter and energy absorption,...
...Gaterboy and Porcupine who possess a humanoid animal physiology,...
...Acid Breath who possess his namesake ability,...
...and Cooper Daniels who is capable of manipulating technology.
Fullbringers (Bleach) are a variant of humans who were exposed to Hollow essence in utero, thus causing them to develop supernatural abilities as they aged.
All of Earth's demon species, like vampires (Buffy the Vampire Slayer) are "half-breeds," possessing human DNA as a result of the Old Ones interbreeding with humanity prior to their banishment.
Richard B. Riddick (The Chronicles of Riddick) is a Furyan, a deviation of humanity that adapted to the harsh world of Furya.
Tycho (The Citadel) is an example of humans who have evolved after the events of the demons' purification, resulting in unisex appearances except their sexual organs.
Kaede/Lucy (Elfen Lied) is a Diclonius, a mutant offshoot of humanity with horns and psychic powers.
Nana (Elfen Lied) is a Silpelit, a secondary Diclonius created either by the Queen Diclonius or by other Silpelits through the infection of human males via their vectors, causing them to sire Silpelit offspring.
Ghouls like Cooper Howard/the Ghoul (Fallout) are a human deviation that have been mutated by exposure to radiation, rather than killed by it. This mutation process, referred to as Ghoulification, has demonstrated different effects depending on the subject's species and their individual circumstances. In humans, Ghoulification typically results in an extended lifespan (if not functional immortality), enhanced regeneration of wounds such that severed limbs can be reattached and maintain full function, and a natural immunity to physical damage from radiation exposure.
Created from humans exposed to various strains of the Forced Evolutionary Virus (FEV), Super Mutants (Fallout) are far stronger and tougher than any ordinary human, alongside an immunity to radiation and disease, but also have modified intelligence, and are more aggressive and completely sterile.
Frank Horrigan (Fallout) is an exceptionally strong Super Mutant whose body is fused to a modified Enclave Power Armor that acts as his life support system.
Lily Bowen (Fallout) is one of the Nightkin, elite Super Mutants of the Unity, created by the Master. The mutants were the apex of mutant development, corresponding with the Master's vision for the future of humanity. As the most successful examples of the transformation, Nightkin considered exposure to FEV to be an unambiguous honor and a source of pride.
Paladin Danse (Fallout) is a Generation 3 Synth, the most advanced type of Synths with an entirely organic body. He is unaware of his true nature, believing himself to be a human.
Curie (Fallout) can optionally have the body of a newer Synth version, thus looking entirely human compared to older models.
Avery Johnson (Halo) was a member of the ORION Project, the vastly inferior precursor to the SPARTAN-II program.
The SPARTAN-IIs like John-117/Master Chief (Halo) were elite and experimental super soldiers augmented to be far stronger, tougher, faster, & smarter than the average human, and were trained from age 6 and equipped with highly advanced MJOLNIR Power Armors.
SPARTAN-B312/Noble Six (Halo) is one of the SPARTAN-IIIs, a unit of cheap and expendable supersoldiers composed primarily of vengeful orphans from fallen colonies who will rely more heavily on teamwork and sheer numbers than advanced technology and equipment to achieve effectiveness, and the successor of SPARTAN-IIs.
SPARTAN-IVs (Halo) are the fourth generation Spartans whose physical augmentations are significantly less extensive than those of the two preceding programs, although their standard-issue GEN2 Mjolnir armor is more technologically advanced, and designed to compensate for this drawback.
While their lifespans differ greatly, Gift Users (Hero Killer) like Ijincheon are closely related to humans that interspecies reproduction between the two species is possible.
Fu Hua (Honkai Impact 3rd) is a Massively Augmented Neo-Tech Integrated Soldier (MANTIS), a human super soldier from the Previous Era created from fusing the DNA of a powerful Honkai Beast.
Dan Heng (Honkai: Star Rail) is a Vidyadhara, a long-life species and human subspecies with draconic features descended from Long.
AR-26710/Firefly (Honkai: Star Rail) is a remnant of Glamoth's Iron Cavalry, genetically engineered warriors possessing superhuman perception yet also short lifespan and created solely for fighting the Swarm.
Foxians like Tingyun (Honkai: Star Rail) are a long-life species and subspecies of humans who possess fox traits.
Bosirin like Hoolay (Honkai: Star Rail) are a subspecies of humans who are humanoid wolfs. They also share a common ancestor with Foxians.
Halovians like Sunday (Honkai: Star Rail) are a human subspecies known for their angelic iconography, specifically the wings sprouting from the backs of their heads and accessories reminiscent of halos.
Kakavasha/Aventurine (Honkai: Star Rail) is a members of the Agvins, one of the fragmented Sigonian clans located in Sigonia-IV. Individuals of the Avgins possess attractive facial features, unique beautiful eyes, and high emotional intelligence.
Raiden Bosenmori Mei/Acheron (Honkai: Star Rail) is an oni, a human on Izumo who was transformed after drawing power from Takamagahara for prolonged periods of time in order to fight the Kami.
Xianzhou Natives like Jing Yuan (Honkai: Star Rail) are a long-lived subspecies of humans originating from the nine ships that left the distant Xianzhou homeworld in search of the Aeon Yaoshi.
Takumi Inui/Wolf Orphnoch/Kamen Rider Faiz (Kamen Rider 555) is an Orphnoch, an offshoot of humans capable of transforming into monsters.
Alain/Kamen Rider Necrom (Kamen Rider Ghost) is a Gamma, a race of extraterrestrial humanoid aliens from the Gamma World evolved from humans.
Megumin (KonoSuba: God's Blessing on This Wonderful World!) is a member of the Crimson Demons, a tribe of genetically-enhanced human mages created by the Head Researcher of the Kingdom of Noise that possess high intelligence and magical power.
All modern vampires (Legacy of Kain) are humans turned into such, the first being Vorador by the Ancient vampire Janos Audron.
Mutants/Homo Superiors (Marvel Comics) are humans who possess the X-Gene which gives them superpowers during their puberty.
The Dark Ones (Metro) are a sapient species descended from humans who survived the nuclear apocalypse and adapted to the new world. They are adapted to the heavy radiation levels in cities such as Moscow.
Humanimals (Metro) are a species of mutant derived from humans who have been exposed to less radiation outside of the cities, which was sufficient enough to mutate them, they are also less intelligent than Dark Ones.
Kira Yamato (Mobile Suit Gundam SEED) is a Coordinator, a genetically enhanced human being who typically has a number of enhanced traits including faster learning, and stronger and faster bodies that are virtually immune to disease.
While their precise origins are unknown, Ghouls (Tokyo Ghoul) are closely related enough to humans that organ transplants and interspecies reproduction between the two species are possible.
Squats (Warhammer 40,000) are Abhumans, descendants of baseline Human settlers whose ancestors mutated and physically adapted to various extreme environmental conditions after being isolated for thousands of standard years on colony worlds across the galaxy. Additionally, Squats look like dwarves from fantasy fiction.
The Leagues of Votann (Warhammer 40,000) are the collective confederations of the species of squat but powerfully-built Abhuman clones who refer to themselves as the "Kin." The Kin are an advanced, starfaring species who possess highly advanced technology and live amid the extreme environments that mark the resource-rich worlds of the galactic core.
Beastmen (Warhammer 40,000) are Abhumans descended from baseline Human stock who combine the physical appearances of Humans and certain Terran animals, usually ungulates like goats or rams.
Navigators (Warhammer 40,000) are a very particular form of Imperial-sanctioned Human mutants who possess the Navigator Gene.
The Adeptus Artates/Space Marines (Warhammer 40,000) are a super-soldier unit of the Imperium of Man who had been genetically modified by being implanted with the gene-seed organs.
