As an archetype, the illusionist,is a mage, or even a supernatural being that represents or has studied the magical arts and is usually naturally gifted with Illusionary Magic, or learns them, or even just possess illusion powers and learns the magical arts afterwards a master of deception, light, and shadow. hese types of magicians are considered seducers and can be considered tricksters in magical circles. an illusionists's spells are of a distinctive character, creating figments and phantasms to decieve and trick their foes in creative and interesting ways. Illusionists are exceptionally flexible, able to craft a falsehood and create almost any image their mind desires, These wizards deals with the creation of images, sounds, figments, or shadows, generally to confuse or deceive the onlooker They cause people to see things that are not there, not see things that are there, hear phantom noises, or remember things that never happened.
there are also stage magicians which are a type of "fake" sorcerer or sorceress who acts as an entertainer using fake magic tricks while performing in front of an audience. These types of "magicians" possess no real powers and aren't really cared for in real magical circles.
There are also actual real magicians who possess real magics preferring to use their gifts for entrainment and money.
