The user is a master chef, a culinary artist of the highest caliber whose cooking skills are truly unmatched. The user can cook anything, and everything they prepare is delicious and irresistible, perhaps even to a supernatural degree. A master chef’s knowledge and skill in the culinary arts is significantly above most, if not all other chefs in the world.

Cooking God: A culinary expert of literal godly proportions. Whether a human chef who has reached godhood or is a god of food and cooking from the start, these chefs are the very embodiment of food, cooking and nourishment and possess all food and cooking-based powers.
Magic Chef: A chef who’s culinary expertise is of mystical levels, capable of making food with magical properties such as healing, empowering and even transformative capabilities and are able to cook with fantastical ingredients.

Flaws/Weaknesses

Although the user may have a natural talent for cooking, they may need years of training and experience to truly become a master chef.
The user could meet their match when confronted with a Food Deity, the only being who’s culinary prowess could best their own.
