Capabilities[]

The character is a supervillain who isn't defined by having any special abilities or physiology but is an active costumed villain or an individual in a superpowered ruled society with no superpowers. Even without powers, they are a force to reckon with even without powers as they can still find ways to keep up their superpowered minions, colleague, enemies, and teammates' levels, such as being skilled with weapons, being in a peak physical condition or mastering various skills. They can also further empower themselves through various means like having access to advanced technology, exotic technology, magical objects, or mystic relics. Conversely, some villains may be forced to live-out their lives in this state due to becoming victims of powerlessness inducement.
