The user is the dream of all reality. The user embodies the all-encompassing oneiric reality on all levels, making them one with absolutely all things, holding all aspects of reality and all its beings as facets or inner workings of themselves. Usually, the user of this power is the ultimate and supreme being of creation.
Unlike Reality Dreaming, the user isn't the dreamer of all existence but the dream itself.
