Capabilities[]

The user can have the traits and abilities of the deities of Slavic mythology. Slavic deities were mostly worshipped before the Christianisation of the Balkan peninsula which was anywhere from the 8th century to the 13th century. Most sources on Slavic mythology were found in Ukraine throughout the earliest part of the 10th and 12th centuries as most Ukrainians and Russians worshipped the deities.

N-Z[]

  • Svarog
    • Absolute Artisan (Can make anything, such as the sun)
    • Aspect Manifestation (Hephaestus according to the Primary Chronicle, written in 1114)
      • Lunar Deity Physiology (Lunar Svarožič)
      • Meta Crafting (Czech historians Martin Pitro and Petr Vokáč believe that Svarog is a god who receded into the background after the creation of the world, but at the same time is a celestial smith and sun god)
    • Archetype:Creator Deity; (created the universe)
    • Avatar Manipulation (has many aspects disparate from himself)
    • Birth Manipulation (Possibly. If they gave birth to a child they gave it to whomsoever they wished: “Here is your child”. And the person held a feast and accepted it. But Hephaestus eliminated this law and decreed that a man should have one wife, and that a woman should marry a single man, and that if anyone were to violate (that law), they should be thrown into a fiery furnace; this is why he was called Svarog)
    • Fire Lordship (God of fire)
    • Forge of Creation Manipulation (It is possible that Svarog echoes the mythology of northern Europe: the smith god in Norse and Baltic mythology forges weapons for the Thunderer, and as in Finnish mythology, the smith god Ilmarinen is the creator of the Sun, the sky, and many wondrous objects. The smith god also fights the powers of chaos in defense of his creation)
    • Law Manipulation (Based off sources where he is blatantly called Hephaestus)
    • Order Manipulation and possible Prayer Empowerment (According to the scholars Alvarez and Pedroza, life was pure in all Egypt, and they began to praise him)
    • Solar/Sky Father Physiology (Jiří Dynda rejects the understanding of Svarog as a sovereign deity of heaven or a deus otiousus type deity, and points out that in the source Svarog, or rather his prefiguration, does not bear the characteristics of such a deity, except for the paternity of the solar deity, which he considers a secondary feature. Instead, he compares him to the figure of the magician and hero Volkh Vseslavyevich from Russian bylines, and to the ancient blacksmiths who, in Russian folklore, make weapons for heroes and weld the hair of men and women symbolically uniting them into marriage, which include, for example, the blind father of the hero Svyatogor)
    • Peak Human Strength/Absolute (Since he made everything with nothing but his raw strength)
    • War Manipulation

There are in the sky three little sisters, three little Zorya: she of the Evening, she of Midnight, and she of Morning. Their duty is to guard a dog which is tied by an iron chain to the constellation of the Little Bear. When the chain breaks it will be the end of the world)

  • Triglav
    • Aspect Separation/or Composite Deity Physiology (from Svetovid or Veles)
    • Disease Manipulation (There was once an epidemic in the city, which the priests believed was sent by the gods as punishment for abandoning their faith, and that they should start offering sacrifices to the gods if they wanted to survive)
    • Blindsight/Sin Detection (Triglav has his mouth and eyes covered to "not see or hear the sins of men." In Indo-European mythologies, "dark" gods have a vision problem)
    • Guardianship
    • Archetype:Fortune Deity (One of the temples held a gilded and silver-plated saddle belonging to the god, as well as a well-built horse, which was used during prophecies: several spears were spread on the ground and the horse was led between them – if the horse, steered by the god, did not touch any spear with its foot, it meant good fortune and a good prediction for the upcoming battle or journey. Eventually, on Otto's orders, the temples were destroyed and the offerings distributed to the inhabitants)
    • Heavens/Sky, Land (earth) & Underworld Lordship (hell) (About the idols, the priests said that their most important god had three heads because it ruled three kingdoms, namely, heaven, earth, and hell, and that its face was covered with a bandage so that it might ignore the sins of men as it did not see them and was silent)
    • Miracle Performing (Via others. According to a 12th century source, Hermann bought himself a cap and a tunic in the Slavic style and, after many dangers along a difficult road, when he reached the house of that widow, declared that he had not long since succeeded in escaping from the tempestuous jaws of the sea thanks to the invocation of his god Triglav, and that he therefore wished to offer him the sacrifice promised for his salvation and that he had arrived there, led by him, following a miraculous order through unknown stretches of the road)
    • Multiple Faces or Multiple Heads (3 human heads or goat heads)
    • Oath Keeping
    • Seer (Via his three faces)
  • Vesna
    • Enhanced Beauty
    • Fertility Manipulation
    • Meta Fate Manipulation, Mountain Manipulation, Divine Magic and Misfortune Redirection (Via her servants, the Vesnas. In Slavic mythology, beautiful women called "vesnas" lived in palaces atop mountains where they discussed the fate of crops and of human inhabitants. A magical circle around their palaces kept them from leaving the mountain top except during February, when they would travel in wooden carts down to the valley below. Only certain people were capable of hearing them singing. People who snuck up to their mountain palaces might learn their fates, but risked an unpleasant end if they were caught by the vesnas)
    • Plant Manipulation
    • Spring Manipulation
    • Youth Aspect Manifestation
    • Youth Manipulation (Vesna (Cyrillic: Весна) was a mythological female character associated with youth and springtime in early Slavic mythology, particularly within Croatia, Serbia, North Macedonia and Slovenia. Along with her male companion Vesnik, she was associated with rituals conducted in rural areas during springtime))
