Properties

The user is a transforming villain, a character whose normal identity and villain identity are strictly separate, powers and all. They have distinct normal and superpowered forms and need to actively switch between the two.

In some cases, while the user is capable of using their powers to a limited extent in their normal form, they still need to transform to use them to their full potential.
