Properties

The user is a true friend: one who is genuinely friendly, trustworthy, devoted, compassionate, loyal, protective, charming, kind, loving, warm, caring, and supportive. They can easily make friends with anyone regardless of their species, get along and have patience with even the most unbearable and insufferable of people, inspire love and trust in anyone regardless of how hateful or suspicious they may be, remain loyal to those they bond to no matter what forces/barriers get in the way, encourage even the most obstinate/hopeless of people to have faith in the user/themselves and do whatever it is the user asks, and develop deep, meaningful, and lifelong friendships with just about anyone they come across overall. Overtime, at the most important moment of their lives by courage, sincerity and/or understanding, the friends the user makes can view the said user as the best friend anyone could ever ask for.

Due to her being made of Tarot Cards, Dion Fortune (Toaru Majutsu no Index) has very deep bond with Hamazura Shiage, since he couldn't accept her being gone after Aleister thwarted Mathers plans. Hamazura worked with the demon Coronzon to bring her back, and Dion has accepted Hamazura as her savior and the true friend, an instance is shown when Hamazura required medical check-up, threatening the Board Chairman Accelerator to get Hamazura to a hospital.
