Users of this ability are sidekicks to a villain. In most cases, the sidekick doesn't actually play any sort of important role aside from being comic relief but in others, they are competent and threatening forces that are either powerhouses (or occasionally even more so) as the villain they work for or are irreplaceable "pillars" in a particular organization.
