The power to record and recreate other's attacks. Sub-power of Power Replication.
Capabilities
The user can use this ability to gather/record an attack from an opponent and use that attack as their own. When recording the attack, the attack is negated in the process. The user once has the attack may be able to use that attack as many times as the user wants.

Alice Basskreigh (CubexCursedxCurious) can record and recreate attacks using the cursed tool Carnival Cleaver.
The Sharingan (Naruto) is capable of observing and replicating any ability on the fly.
Rufus Lore (Fairy Tail) can use his Memory Make magic to recreate and use any attack found "memorized".
Using Enemy Zero, Gyokuro Shuzen (Rosario + Vampire) scans monster powers and attacks using the eyes on her palms, recording them and making them her own.
After being attacked by Yamcha's Kamehameha, Tien Shinhan (Dragon Ball) was able to nullify it...
...and replicate it.
