Capabilities

The user possesses extraordinary reflexes that are entirely involuntary. Due to this, they can be used to attack and counter instead of for just defensive purposes. They can flawlessly coordinate their movements, automatically achieving maximum efficiency in any action.

Because the user's body moves without the use of their brain they are free to strategize and can dodge a wider variety of attacks, even in a weakened condition. The reflexes can enhance the user's physical speed to react faster than the eye can see. Since their body moves on reflex and not reaction, feints and illusionary techniques are useless against the user.

Using Ultra Instinct, Whis (Dragon Ball) can automatically respond to attacks and threats without having to acknowledge them.

After Goku's (Dragon Ball) willpower collided with his own Spirit Bomb in the Tournament of Power, it pushed through his barrier and into the deepest part of his potential, allowing him to access Ultra Instinct.

Using Ultra Instinct, Goku (Dragon Ball) effortlessly dodges all of Kefla's...

...and Jiren's attacks.

While he hasn't mastered the ability yet, Beerus (Dragon Ball Super manga) is able to access Ultra Instinct.

Due to his centuries of combat experience, Master Roshi (Dragon Ball Super manga) is able to access a state similar to Ultra Instinct.

Monkey D. Luffy (One Piece) trained his Kenbunshoku/Observation Haki to dodge any and all incoming attacks simply by reflex.

Saitama (One-Punch Man) is able to dodge any and all threats that come at him even if unaware of it or are moving at incredible speed.

Thanks to his Spider-Sense, Peter Parker/Spider-Man (Marvel Comics) is able to automatically respond to incoming threats.

Using her Spider-Sense, Mayday Parker/Spider-Girl (Marvel Comics) reacts instinctively, easily fighting and dodging attacks while blindfolded.
