Capabilities

The user is able to commit any action by believing they have the capability to do so. The user can render attacks harmless against by believing they can stop the attacks or get past certain obstacles by believing they can.

Applications

• Invulnerability/Force-Field Generation - if the user believes they can block attacks
• Immortality - if the user believes they can withstand the rigors of time
• Teleportation - if the user believes they can go somewhere without any outside devices or physical movement

Limitations

• The user's capabilities are dependent on their level of belief. If they slightly disbelieve or have doubt they can commit a certain action, they will not be able to.
