Capabilities
User is able to use mental, physical, spiritual, etc. traits that bind, imprison, paralyze and/or otherwise stop targets moving normally and possibly completely freezing them where they were. It can be achieved using various means including energy-based or physical restraints or mental effects.

There are several different ways for binding someone:
- Caging: surrounding object with barriers or otherwise restrict their actions, so they can move inside but have no way getting out. Examples: Cocoon Generation, Entrapment Field Projection, Force-Field Imprisonment, Gut Imprisonment, Personal Void, Video Imprisonment, Wall Imprisonment.
- Disabling: disabling the target by preventing their bodies/nerves from reacting. Examples: Electricity Manipulation, Paralysis Inducement, Telepathy.
- Entombing: surrounding object completely by a substance or another medium, so they can't move at all, or at best wiggle slightly. Examples: Burying, Drowning, Elemental Imprisonment, Telekinesis.
- Immobilization: object is locked/anchored on certain spot but can otherwise act. Examples: Body Immobilization, Immobility, Inanimation, Motion Lock, Telekinesis, Time Stopping.
- Restraining: surrounding object by robes/chains/lines that keep them confined. Examples: Bandage Manipulation, Chain Manipulation, Cloth Manipulation, Constriction, Ribbon Manipulation, Silk Manipulation, Rope Manipulation, Tail Manipulation, Tentacle Manipulation, Thread Manipulation, Whip Manipulation, Wire Manipulation, Handcuff Manipulation.

Limitations
- Users of Freeing and Unfixed Movement cannot be bound.
- Depending on the way used to bind the victim, they may be able to overpower/break their bindings.
- Users of Teleportation/Intangibility can escape.
- May be unable to generate the ways to bind and be limited to existing material.
- May have to stay close to the victim or the binding may break.
- May be unable to generate the ways to bind and be limited to existing material.

- The victim can be freed by outside help.
- If the prison is damaged in any way, the victim may be able to escape.
- May have to perform a certain action in order for the target to be contained.
