Capabilities

The user can transmute biological matter (i.e. living beings or non-sentient biomass) into different forms. This notably allows the user to freely alternate sentient creatures through the implementation of indirect DNA editing by splicing alternate atomic building blocks into the core structure of their physical and physiological being at will. The subject can either be transformed completely, partially, permanently or temporarily depending on what level of power the user has, with some users being able to induce and reverse the effect at will.
