The user, either innately or through training, is a master of performing blocking moves to stop or deflect an opponent's attack for the purpose of preventing harmful contact with the body. They can use their limbs or their weapons to block attacks. The user's body will automatically block danger no matter the scale. This is the ultimate defense mechanism that is almost impossible to hit the user with any attack since they will automatically block it. This ability deals with just physical attacks like weapons and opponents so it does not include telepathic attacks.
