Power to transform into or have a physical body made up of blood. Variation of Organic Mimicry and Liquid Mimicry. Technique of Blood Manipulation.

Capabilities

User is made up of or can transform their body completely into blood. Users transformed form can be either anatomically identical to their normal form, aside of being made of blood, in which case it contains all to organs and is somewhat vulnerable to attacks. Alternately user can transform into homogenous matter, without any part of their form being more important than the other.

Limitations

• Vampire Physiology and Blood Consumption are the perfect counters.
• Poison Manipulation, particularly haemotoxin which targets blood cells, is especially deadly.
• May depend on oxygen to be able to function at full power.
