Capabilities

The user is able to "thin the blood" of others, preventing it from clotting and making it easier for blood to flow. A common application of this ability is to cause wounds to bleed longer and easier than they should.

• Barring a Healing Factor Nullification aspect, a fast enough Regenerative Healing Factor would close the wounds, hindering offensive use of Blood Thinning, perhaps even being beneficial to the target.
• A superior user of Blood Clotting or Body Supremacy may prevent the thinning of blood, thus countering Blood Thinning.
