I'd have Video Game Physics, Health Manipulation, and Music Generation. I'll use Video Game Physics to turn surviving the zombie apocalypse into a game. It'll make things more fun. Health Manipulation will be for protecting myself from being infected, and also for curing zombies. Music Generation is for air guitar and having background music wherever I go.
In this world. "Psionic Sub-Atomic Manipulation" like the "Mister M" (Absolon Merkator, Marvel 616 universe).
No, i don't have the knowledge to make good use to that power.
Better I want the power of the Marvel Transmode/Techno-Organic Virus. But i don't know much about the Technarchy variant, so i would choose the Phalanx variant.
With that power, you can generate a quantic computer inside your brain; and shapeshift to any character that you like. Even, with the quantic-brain-computer, you can generate super-power and super-equipment imitations.
Also, with that computer and the virus; you can infect other creatures and turn them into not-very-good-quality-copies of various characters, and fight with them.

I would cause destruction among destroyed homes, let my insect minions protect and fight for me, and just burn and melt zombies with my laser vision

Well, obviously this is a power you'd want in general for any apocalyptic scenario, especially ones involving infestations. I'd be perfectly suited for getting through this new world of zombies and chaos.
