No, Omnipotence comes already mastered, it's Ultipotence that requires training (a limit that is also its primary appeal).
When you are Omnipotent, you can basically turn Omniscience and Omnipresence on/off, you can spontaneously gain and discard the knowledge you want, and be wherever you want to be.

Yes. Being true unlimited the Omnipotence is everything, this, that, nothing, beyond the everything, totality, real world and etc...

Hmm......in Chinese web novels I see a lot of word omnipotent or all power or like in Warlock of the Magus world but none of them are that. It's really problematic
